Oxitec Brazil Features at ExpoPrag, the Largest Vector and Urban Pest Control Event in Latin America

In preparation for the launch of the second sales season of Aedes do Bem™, last week Oxitec Brazil took part in ExpoPrag, the largest vector and urban pest control event in Latin America. This event took place from September 28 to 30, in São Paulo, presenting the innovative and best solutions available on the market. The event brought together the biggest players in the sector and featured an international congress and technical courses. 

 Aedes do Bem™, launched commercially in Brazil in 2021, is our highly effective, safe and sustainable solution for Aedes aegypti control . This mosquito is the transmitter of dengue, chikungunya, yellow fever and zika, and is a major threat to urban areas, where cases continue to increase every year. At ExpoPrag, we had an incredible opportunity to show up close how innovative our “just add water” solution is, and a great way to provide more protection against Aedes aegypti for people’s homes, companies and city!
